Tapes to Digital receives information you provide when you contact us or place an order: your name, email, phone number, return address, tape formats and quantities, comments, transfer authorization, typed signature and date. We also receive the recordings you send for conversion. Please include only information needed for your inquiry or order.

We use the information you provide to answer questions, process your order, contact you about your tapes, deliver digital files and return your original tapes.

This website uses Wix to host pages, receive form submissions and send service notifications. When online payment is available, checkout providers process payment details. Website services may use cookies and technical data needed to operate their features.

Video retention and privacy questions

Transferred video files are kept for 30 days and are used only to fulfill your order. Please download and back up your delivered files promptly.
