Ordering Instructions

$7 per tape + $5 per USB drive

Online download and return shipping included.

Usual turnaround: one week after your tapes arrive.

1. Count your tapes

Note the quantity and format of each tape. Unsure what you have? Call Don at 619-405-3807 or email donojeda59@gmail.com.

2. Complete the Order Form

Enter your contact details, return address and tape quantities. Select at least one USB drive; one drive can hold multiple videos. Review the service terms and complete the signature and date fields.

3. Choose extras and continue to payment

Highlight videos are optional at $20 each. They capture your best moments in a shorter video. Tape repair is optional at $20 per tape.

Example: 10 tapes + 1 USB drive = $75 before optional extras.

Choose your quantities on the Order Form and continue to payment.

4. Pack your tapes securely

Use a sturdy box and protective wrapping, preferably bubble wrap. Keep tapes from moving inside the box. Include a printed copy of your completed order information. Unable to print? Include a sheet with your name, email, phone, signature and date. Submit your order online as well.

5. Ship your package

6. Receive your digital videos

We will email you when your tapes arrive and contact you when your order is complete. Usual turnaround is one week after receipt. Download and save your videos promptly; transferred files are kept for 30 days.
